Holster Terms of Sale
All products are sold “as is.” Because we cannot control how our products are handled, installed, or used after purchase, the customer assumes full responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and for using it safely and lawfully.
The purchaser accepts all risk related to the performance, safety, and use of the product once it has been delivered. If a product requires service, repair, or replacement after purchase, those costs and responsibilities belong solely to the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the purchase or use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of property, business interruption, lost income, or lost profits.
Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product meets their specific needs.
In addition to these terms, all buyers must be at least 18 years of age, elligible to legally posess firearms, and read our safety and handling instructions prior to use.
